1. Mar Azul Project CODEBIT 2.0

An unprecedented CODEBIT project is the construction of a desalination plant installed on a marine platform designed and built in association with specialized companies and institutions. The marine desalination plant is projected with a production of 150 liters/sec. The project integrates private capital up to 100%, being able to associate governments at its 3 levels, if there is a willingness to generate a 50/50 mixed investment.  This project also includes allies and foreign governments that seek to alleviate the international crisis of water scarcity in a concrete and immediate manner, in addition to investing in the business of selling water to water operating bodies and companies.

It is determined that the land-based desalination plant must begin operations in the second quarter of 2027, in a favorable bureaucratic and logistical scenario.

 The marine desalination plant is expected to begin activities in the third quarter of 2026 in the waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

There is a lack of immediate actions of any origin and nature in favor of increasing the drinking water available on our planet.

 

2. Cryptocurrency promotion project in the USA implemented in an iconic city in the USA

  1. An unprecedented mode was created that will promote the use of cryptocurrencies, having the support of business groups, cryptocurrency operators and the US federal government, which is the main promoter of the issue.

 

Promotion in the media and the use of current technology in banks and companies is contemplated to implement a pioneering project in 2025 with great possibilities of being realized due to the validity and circumstance of the topic.

3. Municipal Hydrological Develooment Plan

Municipal Hydrological Development Plan in coordination with World Bank programs. This initiative integrates projects specific to each region and municipality, linking World Bank programs related to financing and technical assistance.

It is projected to develop, in coordination with municipal governments of Veracruz, 5 Municipal Hydrological Development Plans, in coordination with the World Bank programs, linking the municipalities through sustainable projects to the financing, technical assistance and resources of the World Bank destined for the hydrological theme, weapons of the national bank.

 

It is estimated that at least 20 MDP will be linked to municipal hydrological projects by 2025.

 

4. Creation of the Green Fund in favor of water in Mexico

The proposal to develop a GREEN FUND in favor of the fight against water scarcity in Mexico is being managed with Mexican banks, with two projects with environmental and sustainable criteria (ESG), seeking investment funds for Socially Responsible Investments (SRI), through Variable Income Funds to invest in Companies that have sustainable criteria. The initiative not only contemplates credit lines but also investment in projects that meet the criteria of profitability, sustainability and governance.

This initiative is aligned with the institutional policy of combating climate change, promoting social development and care for the environment in synergy with our common and own allies.

 

The objective of the Green Fund in favor of water in Mexico is to obtain 35 MDP between January and July of next year 2025 destined for hydraulic infrastructure and projects in communities of the Biosphere destined to the capture of rainwater. The aim is to create synergies with companies dedicated to cryptocurrency trading to create synergies to integrate a complementary crypto fund seeking to attract investors from other countries that already regularly trade in cryptocurrencies.

5. Conversion of the Fracc. Punta Jade, in Costa Alegre, Jalisco, in an ecological project, with the use of clean energy with a sustainable environmental design, as a socially responsible project.

 

In the heart of the Costa Alegre, between Punta Pérula and Punta Xala, in Jalisco, the Punta Jade development is being developed, with a view of the Pacific Ocean, 2 minutes from its beaches. Initially projected with a conventional criterion, but with a social vision and in defense of the environment, the legal representative, and manager and promoter of the project, José Manuel Venegas Barraza, requested the conversion of the development to an initiative with a social and environmental vision in its 200 residential and commercial lots. 2,100 550W solar panels will be used in the project.

 

The electricity for the homes and businesses will be provided by state-of-the-art solar panels, which will feed the pumps of the hydraulic installation. The infrastructure of the project is completed with a biodigester and a desalination plant so as not to damage the regional underground water reserves, in addition to an urban and architectural design with environmental criteria and international standards.

 

This design formula will be reproduced in future projects in the region, which represents a high-level tourist hub in the Mexican Pacific that seeks to attract foreign investment, especially from North American visitors interested in a second home property.

6. Crypto Environmental Business

  1. The CNA Crypto Environmental Business / ECB (Enviroment Crypto Business) concept is created, seeking to link traditional agricultural and clean energy businesses to the financial scheme of cryptocurrencies, which are nothing more than a financial instrument like shares and/or currencies already used successfully throughout the world.

The use of crypto businesses brings sustainable projects closer to global investors looking for new ways of doing business.

 

Ethereum and Bitcoin are the two most solid and well-known cryptocurrencies, with which CODEBIT seeks to generate synergies and funds for the benefit of the projects of the Tuxtlas Biosphere and throughout the country. It is planned to create, in conjunction with the investment partners, the company GBB, Green & Blue Business, to manage the crypto businesses carried out from a business and financial point of view.

7. Forest fire prevention system in California.

 

As a strategic project for the state of California, in the USA, a system to prevent and combat forest fires is designed without the need for firefighter or army personnel, automated and created in alliance with a Californian company.

This project was created as an express request from a group of allies in that state affected by the recent terrible forest fires in that state. 

The resources necessary for its realization will be provided by the federal, state and municipal governments.

     

8. CODEBIT Territorial Reserve

At the initiative of agricultural producers in the state, the CODEBIT Territorial Reserve is created, which groups 255 hectares plus those that adhere to the project, to approve and land agricultural, productive and sustainable projects.

The associates can contribute land with a minimum dimension of 4 hectares, the labor for the project, the seed, or working capital. CODEBIT manages resources from the national bank if necessary, seeking to achieve better financial conditions by volume and above all to link clients to obtain contracts by harvest or for a certain number of years.

 

The association of the owners of the lands can be in exchange for a fixed rent, percentage participation or for a fixed amount, variable conditions according to the size, location, quantity of available water, intervention in the production process, quality of the land and duration of the contract.

     

9. Implementation of cryptocurrency payments at the Panama Canal.

Work is already underway with Panamanian authorities to ensure that small vessels using the Panama Canal pay their toll fees in cryptocurrency, and not just in dollars.Panama Canal revenue from toll fees is $3,600 million dollars.

The project involves companies, financial operators and authorities and seeks to generate additional benefits for the country and generate a financial scheme that avoids the depreciation and volatility of the cryptocurrency.

 

     

10. Implementation of the world's first crypto city as a pioneering financial ecosystem.
