Legislative initiatives
1. Next December, the initiative on a hydrological project for the Veracruz lagoon system will be presented in the H. Congress of the State of Veracruz, as a response from environmental professionals, specialists in hydrological issues and a multidisciplinary group related to the subject, which seeks to help in the crisis of drought and disappearance of more lagoons in the state of Veracruz, additionally establishing citizen actions and programs with the support of allies and associated companies.

2. Next January, the initiative on Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo will be presented in the H. Congress of the State of Guerrero, related to biodiversity and local flora and fauna conservation projects, seeking to preserve and strengthen the state's biodiversity, which is the fourth most important at the national level.
May 2025
3. Initiative to name Catemaco the State Capital of Biodiversity. Seeking national and foreign resources for the conservation and reforestation of the Tuxtlas Biosphere.
This initiative will be presented again in the H. State Congress in January of next year 2025.

Legislative initiatives in process in the USA
1. In collaboration with our allies in the USA, CODEBIT developed two initiatives for district 28 in Texas, which propose solutions related to the problem of water scarcity on the southern border, on the banks of the Rio Bravo, which will be formally presented in December, before the congressional representative, to generate benefits on both sides of the border that influence hydraulic infrastructure and projects seeking to generate sales of carbon credits in oasis areas near the southern border, also promoting a regional circular economy.
These two initiatives will have international dissemination because they are binational in nature.
